




















For sale is one Sterling Silver John O. Bellis Arts & Crafts Hammered and Lobed Serving Spoon. Spoon is used but in very good condition but does show wear commensurate with age. Spoon has no monograms or inscriptions. Spoon measures 8 1/8″ long with the bowl being 3″ long x 2 wide and weighs 50.3 grams. He was trained as a silversmith at Shreve & Co. And he designed silver plates, bowls, trays, mirrors, and brushes. He began designing jewelry in 1894. He opened a new store at 55 Geary Street in 1914.
