For sale is one Sterling Silver Durgin Apple Jam or Sugar Jar with original Spoon. Jar and Spoon are used but in good condition but does show wear commensurate with age and use. This jar is used. The lid had no dents but does have a few small dings around the outer edge bottom, please see photos. The finish on the lid is frosted and a bit mottled from air etching. You may or may not want to have it machine buffed. Glass Jar is original. I have seen two others of this jar on the internet and both had the same glass jar. The glass is a bit frosted from use, please see photos. Jar Lid is marked on the outer rim with one of the Durgin hallmarks, the word “sterling”, the number 23 and the retailer name of W. The Spoon is marked with the word “sterling” and also with the same retailer mark of W. Neither Lid nor Spoon has any monograms or inscriptions. Jar Lid measures 3″ in diameter x 1 3/4″ tall to top of stem. Weight of just the lid is 41 grams. Spoon measures 5 1/4 and weighs 14 grams. Glass Jar Measures 3 1/5″ around x 2 1/2″ high (a bit more than 2 1/2″) and the opening is 2 1/2″. Please see Photos and message me with any questions.
